I really enjoyed (and still enjoy) working from bright, colourful packaging for this series. These digital edits were originally posca pen drawings in my sketchbook. Subverting the messages in them was also a fun challenge, making them match my frustration at how things are sold to us in a way that convinces them we want/need them or that they'll bring us joy, when they really turn us against ourselves...

Pretty much all of these have been edited and redrawn as I think of more ideas for them, and have slowly been trasnlated into paintings...
